FGBA MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 9th 2011

Financial: At
this time we have about
$17,500 total
Open Discussion:
* Referees are just
about complete for the
tourney. Just in need if
2 more?
*Home teams for the
tourney are in charge of
keeping a set of books
when they play that day.
*Tournament is February
19th and 20th
*Lisa O., Pam M, Jody S.
are in control of
getting the concessions
ready for the tourney.
Sounds like they have a
plan in motion, they are
willing to take anyone's
help they would like to.
*Parents are expected to
work and donate as they
have in the past....I
think Traci S.is setting
up the work schedule
*Talk to Fareway,
Vetters, Kwik Trip about
bars and cookies.
*Games will be
played--7th and 8th at
the high school with
maybe some of the 4th
grades. 5th and 6th and
possibly some 4th at
FLES.
*7th grade for the
tourney is full, still
waiting to fill spots
for the other 4 teams.
*Dave C still needs to
talk to the Janitor at
the High School (Mark?)
*We have donated $250.00
to the Shelly Abitz
fundraiser, she was
diagnosed with Thyroid
Cancer last fall.
*Next meeting is
February 6th 7:00pm at
the Holiday Inn in the
meeting room right by
the front door. Please
feel free to attend all
