7th & 8th Grade Tournament Rules

• 2 - 14 Minute Halves

• Clock will stop for violations and free throws

• All shooting fouls will be shot

• Five fouls limit per player

• Two full time-outs per half no carry over

• Overtimes will be two minutes long.  Second overtime will be sudden death.

• Substitutes will be beckoned in by the officials

• All defenses allowed

• Press defense will be allowed unless ahead by 20 points

• If more than a 20 point difference, clock will run until under 20 points

• All other Minnesota State High School League rules will apply.
